[Mod] Severely Reduced Bandit Spawns

At both a request and my own personal want, I have reduced the spawns of all types of bandits, while leaving the rest of the factions untouched. Took literally less than a minute for me to make, seems to be working fine for me, let me know if there are any problems and I'll fix them as soon as possible, I'm open to requests for other small changes, although most of the time I will be working on my main mod.

Installation: Simply drop into your Kenshi/Data/ folder, open up mods.cfg and add SeverelyReducedBanditSpawns.mod on a line by itself.

Thank you for making this, I was getting a little tired of running from my small base every five minutes because of an angry mob of hungry bandits.

The only thing I can think of that would make this better is if, slightly more often, a single lone bandit wandered across the area, I figure that might be a nightmare to make happen, but I personally think it would be nice. Only bother with it if it can actually be done.

That's actually just as easy as disabling them, and something I didn't think about doing, I'll get a couple of alternatives with just smaller bandit squads and another to add lone bandits done at some point in the next few days, really busy at the moment or I'd be doing it now.

Your life first, don't rush anything. If you have other things to do, do them first. I, and anyone else using this mod, can wait.
