I've only recently gotten into Kenshi and the modding aspect of it, so hopefully i'll get into modeling and such later on, but this is what I've played with so far.
So without further delay:
Wandering Warriors -0.42.2, Construction set is broke
Includes:
-New faction: Wanderers - Neutral to most except slavers, cannibals, bandits, etc.
-New Squad/Division: Wandering Group
-New game start-off: The Wandering Warriors
-You and 3 other Wandering Warriors start with nothing but your weapons and armor in a random location.
-Two new weapons: Wanderer's Ringed Sword and Wanderer's Katana
-New armor: Wanderer's Shirt, Wanderer's Medium Carapace
-New backpack: Wanderer's Backpack
Most of the Wanderer's clothing and armor is colored maroon/crimson.

NOTICE: with Wandering Warriors installed, they can be found in a game that you have already started, but may cause crashes. Though this doesn't seem to be the case with new games.

I wasn't sure if all of the images were actually used in-game, so i only edited the ones that i saw being used. Lining them up correctly was kind of strange, but it can be easily edited or you can just go back the the original which is included.
