I edited some of the skins and wanted to share them with you. (based on fem-face02_D.dds)

They go in [your installation folder]\Kenshi\data\character\skins\hu\heads

fem-face04_D.dds blush + heavy freckles
fem-face05_D.dds blush + heavy freckles + some pimples (thought it adds to the youthfulness)
fem-face06_D.dds blush + heavy freckles + many pimples
(all with green eyes)
fem-face07_D.dds light freckles
(yellow eyes)
