Can't find KeyCode

My computer wiped back to factory condition due to a malware being rooted into the system it seems and due to that basically all of my stuff was deleted.
The only thing i realised after i put my laptop in to get wiped...is that i had the note with the code on it...
so right now i cant find the code on my email since it seems it somehow deleted the mail..
please tell me how to find my key, and dont simply point me to the dang website please becuase i know im suppose to send them email and suppose to get it back but i can't even find the right spot to click to even do that!
someone please at least give me a direct link or so for me at thespot on the website to send my email for the kenshi key code
becuase for once NOW is the time i wanna get back to playing due to audio now being added

Email wasn't just a normal way of communication. He was great way of communication. He could send messages to people all over the world in under than a second! Can you imagine? Before Email people had to wait for weeks and even months to get the important letter from regular mail.

When Email came, he was ahead of his time! He was fast and easy to use and it didn't require any extra cost to send letters. That's why companies and even normal households adopted Emails as part of their everyday routine.
However, the joy didn't last for long, because evil smartphones and Facebooks and all the other systems that were better and faster than "outdated" Emails took over and Email was forgotten.

The story tells, that in the middle of all these technological advancements of these modern times, lies remains of Email in the very heart of all the social medias. In the ancient and sacred place that no one hasn't visited for ages. The place you stopped checking regularly because it's flooded with messages from Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube and all the other social medias you use. Yes, you guessed it right, children... In the Gmail ! ! ! ! (or Hotmail or whatever you are using)

Moral of a story: You actually have to send them email! Not just to go some site to fill a ready made answer sheet or SMTHG. You have to send them email telling them what is the address you used to make the order and tell everything you remember from the order to make it easy for them to find it.

All you need is their address and it can be easily found from the link you were given. Here, let me make it even easier for you:

Send an email to orders -at- bmtmicro.com. You will need to tell them the exact email address you used when you ordered, and ask them to re-send you your key.

So, you need to send an Email to orders@bmtmicro.com . Simple as that! Do you think you can now succeed in this heroic journey in the name of the New Key?

If that is what i need to click (which i have clicked 4 times before this post of my problem)
Then it does nothing when i click on it, even using the control key and clicking it only adds a "untitled" tab
also whats with beards lately lol
also im not a big fan of facebook or twitter....to invasive

Write the email address (which we have told you few times already) to the "receiver" place. And then write the email, telling what address you used to make the order and tell them you lost your key and need it resent.

I guess i mistook the -at- as a on the website or such but it actually meant a email to it...sorry i did not realize it since this the a first time something like this has happened to me, not happy since i already lost 18 other games but thanks for help still
