obviously something went totally wrong, as the "coinbench transaction status" for both of them still says "awaiting payment", as you can see here:
as stated there the payment has to be made within the next 8 hours which confuses me, because i already payed a minute after the orders as you can see here:
both transactions are confirmed by bitcoin network with about 100 confirmations each now. i'm getting a bit nervous, cause i am afraid that in 8 hours coinbench will just forget about my orders.
unfortunately i have found no way to contact coinbench directly.
has anyone any advices for me?
//update: as you can see, the 24 hours countdown on the coinbench status page seems just to reset to 24 after the given time... so i still heva some hope they will recognize my payment...
