Just one question/suggestion/conversation start/subject or what ever you want.

I hate trying to sell my loot. I get so much loot I can't sell it anywhere because shopkeepers run out of money. So I have to go through every single shopkeeper from 5 different city and I'm getting more loot on every trip from city to city. I's impossible to sell all the loot.

Can I start business where I can bring all my loot and it will be automatically sold to NPCs? In future Kenshi I mean...

It would be cool to have a shop where you put your loot and maybe a shopkeeper you've hired can sell the stuff for you.

But what does that have to do with grocery stores? lol

Some sort of passive income (that ties up the use of a character and maybe is skill based) would be awesome. Selling loot is boring after the first few hours and there really is a lack of other options for income. I just don't play now since it is easy enough to wait for more features to be included.

Sorry if I have misunderstood the word. Isn't grocery stores places that sell all kind of stuff?

That you can find there anything from food to tools to dvds to clothes to weapons to cars to drinks to computers to horses to porn to paper to books to TVs to wives to instruments to furniture to sandwiches to cameras to motorcycles to smokes to toys to calculators to drugs to tennis balls to fans to bananas to baskets to kitchen equipment to condoms to pens to scissors to Donald Ducks to headphones to manga to shoes to art to keys to flowers to dollhouses to electronics to wallets to sewing machines to clocks to locks to decoratives to airplanes to binoculars to birdhouses to phones to bongos to boxes to chairs to cactus to bags to chili to croissants to darts to lamps to brushes to eggs to totems to gas to fire hydrants to cookies to pipes to propels to gloves to rubber ducks to saws to glasses to umbrellas to anything from letter A to हे.

If there's something twice I lose ;)

Groceries refer to common household food items I believe.

Is there any word in English for the store I just explained? In Finland we have this word sekatavarakauppa which very harshly translated means random good/item store.

And, what Donald Duck has to do with Finland?

[EDIT]
I found this from wiktionary: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/sekatavarakauppa
Etymology
seka- (“mixed”) +‎ tavara (“good, item”) +‎ kauppa (“store”)
Noun
sekatavarakauppa
(dated) grocery store, which also sells a wide variety of other goods needed in households
I have also confirmed from one other source that grocery store might be the closest translation.

I heard from somewhere that donald duck was banned from finland because he doesn't wear pants :P
sorry if that's false, just thought it was funny is it was true lol

And grocery store is just what we call food stores here, a random goods store here is called a department store or Wal-Mart :P

Yes I know Wall-Mart  Every single movie I've seen makes jokes about Wall-Mart

And no, there has never been anything like banning Donald Duck in Finland  It's the most read cartoon here. And I haven't even heard anyone under 30 who hasn't had order. Finns are big "Aku Ankka" fans

Convenience store is the only thing I can think of that would be like a small shop with a variety of goods. It really depends on how big this shop you are talking about is?

Is it a market stall, a variety store or a mega chain of cheap imported crap manufactured by little chinese 6 year olds working 18 hour shifts?

Sure we have giant markets here too. But I wasn't really speaking of them. More like these little shops with one worker who is the owner. That is the only shop in little, isolated village where time has stopped and everyone knows everyone. And he's selling apples and rope and other traditional old stuff that is needed when when working on farms or with animals.

If you know what I mean

Sounds like you'd end up with a sort of pawn shop/old world town goods store. I dig it.

It could tie in with the building system!
Assign a chest in your building for traders to visit and buy from, or as suggested to assign a person to sell the items for you.
Set up your own little business and place it tactically in between a few cities so you get passing traders from them all.

I agree with MrSpike. Use the current weapon and armor racks. Switch them to public so that traders will know they can buy from them. And sell to them?
