Chat box

Ok, I don't if this is only me, but I would really love a chat box that you could talk to other people, right now you either have to PM a player or talk on a thread, I don't know how hard this would be to implant but it could help a lot of people out with questions, you wouldn't have so many topics asking how to do things.

I dont really like this idea. Having a chatbox will reduce the number of interesting topics imo.

If more people used the search function, we'd have a lot less redundant topics... we mods try to do our best to kill alert people who are posting sth already talked about and we do some occasional cleaning but i like the way it's right now, old unusable topics will die out and drop to page 2 eventually.

Well, it could be just to chat, it doesn't have to be related to Kenshi, that was just an example that I put forward.

yeah for a few "hello"s it's alright, but if somebody has a question, then i think it would be a shame to talk about it on the chat and not have a topic about it with a possible solution for future Kenshin who would have the same question.

Also, it's harder to censor you people on a chatbox we wouldn't want a riot now would we
( I jest obviously, there's no censor in place on the forums and people who badmouth mods have only gone on vacation nothing more )

I haven't seen Jim in a year, you said he'd be gone for only 7 months! (I suck at responding to jokes and shiz) I see your point in that people will have the question but a noobie thread might be helpful.
