You may already have plans to let us use these, but I've seen the ramps in some towns already and the addition of bridges for us to be able to build would be great. My settlement is by the mesas and I'd LOVE to be able to build a ramp up onto them so that I could continue constructing there, and then in the future bridges from one mesa to the next.
Sounds like a pretty cool base. With some turrets you'd be well defended, and a reliance on ramps and bridges would bottleneck enemy forces, preventing them from ever outright overrunning you. Plus the height would give your ranged weapons better range and cover (assuming you have walls with walkways on top). You could also use ramps to build paths going over steep mountains. I know there's a few places in the current map that I'd like to do that with to make trade runs easier.
I like this idea a lot, but I'd be unfair if I didn't also think about what would happen if your bridges or ramps were destroyed. Your settlement could become trapped like a rat.
You have my support, sir.

If the bridge/ramp was destroyed, you should have some way of getting down. Like a rope ladder or something, It would be slow to get people down, but you would be able to fix the bridge/ramp.
