Though I have only played this game at a friends house I like where it is going an I am interested in seeing it evolve. So here is my input.

I see you can own a business. While one would think owning a shop would be a peaceful life in the right situations they could be dead wrong. The life of owning and maintaining a Business can easily be your downfall. Here are a few Ideas that would add more flavor to the business owner experience.

1: Business Rivals

Say you own a farm... You provide crops to a town. Its worth a decent little profit and it makes the towns folk happy. Seeing the chance to make money, another farmer sets up a farm near the town. But he doesn't just want to cut into your profits. he wants to dominate the farming industry! So he starts playing Dirty! Sending thugs to rob your trade caravans and attempting to sabotage your farm. Now its war!

Not all business rivals would fight dirty, but some would. You can never tell exactly how rivals would respond to you or what you do.

2: "Legitimate" Business

Maybe you don't WANT to make an honest living! Maybe you want to be the bad guy! Well that is what I am suggesting. Be the crime lord you wanted to be. Gambling dens, Brothels, Thief dens, Dive bars, ECT. Become a drug lord, war lord, booze baron, what ever your corrupt heart desires. Just be sure to make the right friends. Because factions might respond with hostility to you spreading your poison in there territory.

I think there was a user called "druglord" that suggested or talked in another forum that of the crime lord...

Now that of the commercial competition... READY THE HARPOON BALISTAS! Seriously now, it's awesome.
