I went to tavern to recruit a companion but didnt have enough money, I click the decline option but the character creation window opened up and I had a sword for hire for free

I was talking to the Adv trader guy, I clicked on the barrels he sells and i clicked off the traders window and the barrels got dropped onto the ground

I can't seem to make either of those bugs happen myself. Any ideas?
