Kenshi Combat Bug

So I'm not sure how to explain this bug it isn't the most game breaking bug out there but it does annoy me a bit, I'll try to explain and I'll link a video of it since I don't really have a save for it.

In a certain part of the North desert area between Shark, Cannibal Town 2, Clownsteady and Brink some Ai's seem to I guess "Ski" across the ground when they attack basically they move really fast, extremely fast and if attacking someone they'll buzz around them.
