Lo-Fi Games

It would be nice if there would be something like heat or dehydration. Maybe as for a luxury feature, as it's nice but not necessary. These features would add more to the game's harsh world and realism. E.g. heat: If you walk around in the sun without hat or run a lot in the dessert or arid places ...
