Pausing is great, but with lower speed i can fight seamlessly without frequent pausing. If its only good for me its not worth to do of course

I would be very hapy to have at least one slower speed for more precise combat. Because when you have more people its too quick to react.

If it can be done only by mod (by modding defalt speeds) it will be enought for me.
