Why not just import them and then dismiss the ones that you don't want anymore?
That's an option now? Damn son last time I played this there was only 1 way out and that was to die.

Squad import

Hey folks I'm returning the game after a lengthy break from it however I know that I'll have a few issues with a new game and was hoping there might be way to import some of my old squad and not the whole lot. Ideally I'd like to just take a few members without having to open an old save file and ki...

Best place to level

So I'm looking at upping my squads combat abilities but next to fighting raptors or training them woefully against other dummies until I can get the level 3 ones since we can no longer use the faction based ones without there being repercussions, my lower ranked members are getting battered around l...

Re: Base building

Thing is my squad isn't too weak they're not well balanced, most of them are around 15 attack and something defence and their skills aren't the greatest it's just I haven't got enough dedicated combat people to make it go smoothly. Can't camp in HN areas because paladins will just ruin me, not enoug...

Base building

So after coming back to the game after quite some time and using a brand new squad I'm struggling, hard might I add, to get to grips with all the new changes and such but the biggest right now is base location. Just can't seem to find a decent location for a low level squad to set up shop that doesn...

Re: [0.93.22] Hunger issues

I'ts not balanced at all, at 0,25 the decay speed is extremely fast and if you have a Shek (faster hunger bar decay) you will suffer, a lot This basically I lowered it to see what occurs but the with food now as well its a joke not to mention on the travel the food that was originally worth say 120...

[0.93.22] Hunger issues

Having serious issues with hunger from the get go with the most recent build. Characters who have food in their inventory aren't eating it, so far I've discovered if I stash it into a backpack of some kind the group eats it which helps but it seems that not everyone is eating and as a result in the ...

Re: Shek towns are too fancy?

True but the torches everywhere for HN makes sense, fire being symbolic for purity and cleansing a nation built on religion will have a weird affinity with that kinda stuff not to mention the whole deal with witch hunt vibe they give off over women and such. However I generally agree that Shek towns...

Re: Cannibalism

How would it be balanced? I'm assuming an additional option to the right click menu other than "loot", "carry", "heal" etc is gonna be needed but how much food ca 1 body give you? Personally I'd like to see this implemented as it'd help early on but I feel it should com...

Re: Replacement limbs

what's the difference between light and heavy? what properties will they have? what bonuses or negatives will each version have? To answer these in order since I've finally gotten my internet connection back up from moving house: 1. the difference between light and heavy could be simple things such...

Replacement limbs

Idea is pretty simple, replace limbs that are too badly damaged to be fixed naturally with mechanical or general prostetic limbs. I'm fully aware that this is be implemented across the game in due course anyway but allow me to expand on it a little. Generally speaking I'm gonna assume it wont be the...

Re: Faction members and starving

I'd second this actually I'm having all manner of issues as well with base management and hunger, more so when a person within my faction has food but doesn't do a thing with it or within radious of a person with a backpack filled to the brim yet still manages to starve because they're working on a ...

Armour suggestions

Well whilst I'm all in favor for the armours already in the game I was thinking of something a bit more high end that would fit in with the world. Considering the fact that the world right now is basically a gigantic desert and that the world has some mechanical and tech in it I kinda figured someth...

Re: What do you want next?

Considering how Chris has decided to do the multi-threading (at least I think he has given the update on the site) which was my original vote, going forward after doing such a thing I would personally either like to see research and smithing, etc placed into the game for more things to focus on via ...

Re: What do you want next?

I've had to say multi threading for now as people have pointed out, if it's done early on it can be built around which will make the rest of the jobs later on easier. However it'd be great to see a whole host of new features being added in then tackling the big job once the smaller ones are done but...

Re: Favorite games from 90s

Christ so many games to pick from, hmm I'd have to say the following; Azure Dreams Final Fantasy 7 - 9 Age of Empire 2 Golden Eye Sonic Star Fox The one joy of having a best friend whos family was loaded with money was I got to play his games when I went around to visit, still got most of them in hi...

Re: Steam "kickstarter"

Also found out about this game via steam, all I need to do now is save up some extra cash to throw at the developers to help out. Speaking of which (sorry I know I'm hijacking this thread of sorts) but for the likes of people like me who have came from steam to this site, is there any way we can con...
