I can name my faction but when you mouse over your outpost on the map its says is belongs to faction nameless, dont know if its a bug or if am doing something wrong

when I try to build stuff in my buildings I place them and once they become a shell frame they are in the air, so I cant build anything in my buildings please fix or help thanks
