Lo-Fi Games

I have a lvl 72 Crossbow Smith and it costs nearly 20 crossbow parts and twice as many steel bars to make a single crossbow. Also, in the crafting menu it says it's going to be rusted junk quality but it still comes out high quality as it should. Anybody else have this problem? Is it supposed to cos...
