I can reproduce this 100% of the time.
Repro steps:
1. Have a Squad member bodyguard and follow another squad member.
2. Then select the person being bodyguard followed and right-click the other squad member who is following you then select in the context menu to Bodyguard the follower
Boom crash!

[CRASH] v0.98.53 - x64 - Chat with NPC at the bar in Holy Nation
Just sold and bought some stuff then went to the bar to chat up and hire npcs. When I right-click an npc to approach him and chat the game crashed.
Attached is the crash dump and my game logs, including a screenshot.
