Demolition and Engineering

I assign someone to demolish a crossbow so I can build a harpoon turret; if there is a free engineer, they will head to the crossbow to repair it, so I will have one team demolishing and another repairing the same thing.

The Jobs tab seems to be a toggle rather than a turn on/turn off. If multiple characters are selected, some w/jobs on, some jobs off, clicking Jobs should turn all on or off, but it seems to just toggle them so I need to go to each character separately.
