Mine did the same thing yesterday (at the hub). I had each member that was starving put food in the container with auto-haul and then they started eating again. I also saved and reloaded.

I noticed on the leather crafting table you cannot read the description of the items in the lower right column because there is no scroll bar. The words cut off at the bottom of the box with no way to read further. I'm not sure about the other crafting ques, but I assume they are also missing a scro...
