Is anyone able to help on this? I would really like to play this game. I was recommended this game, and I guess I spent my money for no reason.

It's in your "/Kenshi" folder. Or should be, at least.

Hmm, I suggest using dependency walker to determine the actual error. Open RenderSystem_Direct3D11_x64.dll with this: https://github.com/lucasg/Dependencies/releases/download/v1.9/Dependencies_x86_Debug.zip and it should tell you what is wrong.
