Lo-Fi Games

have been using 1920x1080 res , have Intel Core I7-4790k cpu @ 4ghz turned down some thing to medium, no shadows etc 16gb ram 64 bit os NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070 TI yesterday i verify my steam integrity 3 times and eventually my fps went up too 70-90 but when I went to play when i woke up same thing h...

So before this update the march 21ST my game ran at at a solid 130-140 Fps now it runs at 15-30 FPS is there anything I can do to fix this? game is unplayable now
