Playing 1.0.26 experimental release and found similar issue with fighting outside of hospital building in Okran's Shield - PC retreats back through the external wall of the building (with the internal view of the building opening up) but after killing the NPC while still inside the building, attempt...

[1.0.26] Hospital buildings inaccessible in HN cities
This happens in Okran's Shield as well as one other HN city (can't recall if it is Rebirth or one of the Holy Military Bases). Saving, reloading a game does not help nor importing a saved game.
