Lo-Fi Games

That's a good tip. I was told to install a Steam Workshop mod that had a LOT of good reviews and apparently increases performance drastically.

I'm not heavily into modding, but there tends to be unofficial performance patches for some of the games I've played. Is there a communuty-recognized patch/mod that helps smooth some of the performance imperfections similarly to the way Minecraft's Optifine used to do?

Couldn't wait; bought the game. Will post update once I have a chance to play after work tomorrow. Are you able to suggest a spot where a lot of activity that will bog down performance on my PC might be located at in the demo? I'd like to see it at it's worst.
