Ok I submitted it, also if it restores the buildings does the bug still persist? Will my bases still disappear if I leave them?

I've made around 4 bases across the map in my game, and 3 of them all disappeared, I assume it happens when you leave the base for too long, because my last one I've been to frequently. It seems to be a common bug people see. Also every time I load a save a message pops up saying "This save is ...
