Re: Alternate Views
First-person view in a squad-based game? Probably not, as it would serve little purpose. You can't control a single character's attacks or movement like that, so it wouldn't blend well with the game's design. If you could, sure (like Dungeon Keeper 2), though I don't see that making it into the pri...

Re: Squad member select/deselect bug v0.30.5
Yeah, I realised after thinking about it that it may be supposed to be that way. It just felt a little unusual to the way it had been, and I was a bit too tired at the moment of discovery to think that it might be for eventual group selections or something... So I guess this topic can be disregarded...

Re: Set travel speed to squad member button.
That is a valid workaround I suppose.
Edit: It's a rather entertaining way of going about it as squad members tend to get stuck behind buildings and walls when attempting to follow, thankfully they are not stuck for long.

Set travel speed to squad member button.
Basically when you're traveling with a large squad with some heavy loaded members, it's easy for them to get spread out in a very long line with run speeds being different and all. So I was wondering if a button could eventually be implemented, in addition to the "Run", "Jog" and...

Re: Training adv.
I think sparring has been suggested already. It would be nice though.

Squad member select/deselect bug v0.30.5
When several members or the whole squad is selected, shift-selecting one of them either with the mouse or keyboard will deselect the member from the group, clicking that member's image or corresponding number key will add it again. This is a rather trivial matter, but I thought I should mention it. ...

Re: New members say "Hi"
So here I was feeling adventurous and decided to explore the rest of the forums, and discover to my dismay that I have yet to greet everyone properly. Well then, hi! I've been having a great time reading the various topics around the forums and I have been absolutely thrilled since I first heard abo...

Re: Game survey
I managed to get my grubby hands on several shopkeeper backpacks and a bunch of other nice things through glorious battles I had absolutely no involvement in, due to the war that broke out between the Traders Guild and The Holy Empire factions(something I doubt was meant to happen), so I'm currently...
Re: Slavery?
This is a very sensitive subject, obviously, and at the risk of being seen as a bad person by some here I will say that I do think, in the context of Kenshi's setting, slavery is a valid option(albeit a horrible one), if well implemented, and I trust Chris knows what he's doing. And I think it can p...

Re: An unexpected chain of events.
I might be reading this wrong, but factions DO attack each other, you sillies. The Green Ninja people (Dust Bandits) and the Hungry Zombies (Starving Bandits) attack each other on sight. I've had them both chase me and then stop and fight and kill each other. They're also both unfriendly with the &...

Re: An unexpected chain of events.
Cool story bro. I wonder how they began to hate each other... How is it possible to make factions, apart your own, to attack others? Do you play with mods? Perhaps the empire got upset when the traders used their beds? I am in fact running a clean install, so this is something I'm wondering about a...

An unexpected chain of events.
I would like to start by saying I have played Kenshi quite a bit, I really like it so far and It's always exciting to see what the latest updates bring to the table. As for the long read, I apologize, it's not all that serious. I just looked around the forums a while, but I couldn't find anything si...
