Lo-Fi Games

Hi, relatively new player here. I brought this up in the Steam bugs forum, so I already vetted with more experienced users that my bug can be replicated (I shared my save file with someone). Town guards and whatever NPCs might be set to respawn are not respawning in my game. I know they don't respaw...
