I killed Mukai the Mountain and now he say to get Flying Bull finally some progress

Both Esata and Molly are dead dead and Phoenix still won't give new dialogue

So what should I do import?

In my game no matter which faction I ally with their leader won't move on with the dialogue and will repeat the same dialogue over and over. Here is a example I kill Molly and Esata and give their body to the Holy Nation, Phoenix keeps repeating saying I killed Esata and now I have to go after Molly...
