Bro, I'm having the exact same problem as you - and we have some similar mods. BTW - your crash report says you're using the 1.0.55 experimental version - just like me (since Universal Wasteland Expansion asks for it) not the 1.0.52. You certain about your version? The crash - at least in this lates...
