How do you buy buildings in towns?

I know it was a listed feature in the latest big update but how do you actually do it?

My problem with the medic is that by the time I got one most of my squad were pretty damn good medics anyway and so wasn't worth the expense lol

Also Blxz, maybe running at full speed was over doing it but certainly being able to jog at the same speed as the rest of the squad.

Also only just spotted this due to building my own self sufficient outpost but once this crash happens on loading a save none of the towns populate and the crash barely ever happens after that

Random Crash that keep occurring, at first was about 10 mins into gameplay everytime but this last time it didnt happen for an hour or so :-S shame as its the only big bug in an otherwise awesome release.
