Ditto. As a little extra information the game never crashes out, it just freezes. I can't alt+tab out, but I can kill the process with a ctrl+alt+del. I can upgrade existing buildings with no problem, however removing a building also causes the game to freeze.

I suppose this is no longer a .30.4 crash, but... Anyway, on 30.4 the game would freeze just after loading, it would throw a dialog box stating that core.exe had stopped working, hitting ok would close the program.
