I tried that mod and nope, problem persists as before.

I have a settlement in the greensea plateau, and one of the corners counts as greenery instead of arid, but the navmesh breaks often there. I have to fix it every single time I start my game, and since I have farms there, each time I try to upgrade them it crashes my game.
