Seems to be an issue with one of the NPC squads in the region. Can bypass it with an import though, so I would try doing that from the main menu.

Yes. Upload the save to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then post the link to it here.

Hello! There is a problem with canibal village
Approaching the village the game crashes without any bug reports
its freezes and stays in this condition until I disable it from the task manager
is it possible to send you saved game not far from this village?
