Lo-Fi Games

Very often during the movement the game freezes for a very long time and at the same time the fps drops. Played with mods, but without them there is this problem. These lags appear stable every 30 seconds.

AMD RYZEN 7 3700X
16GB RAM
GTX 1070 TI 8GB
SSD ADATA SWORDFISH

moving the mfc100u file to the folder with the .exe file helped

I can not solve this problem in any way, I have already reinstalled everything, installed, changed, and so on.
