Absolutely all weapon edge 1-3 are available in Scraphouse... except toppers. Moreover, we cannot buy of find (loot) them anywhere in game. Only meito. We can craft, but crafted topper edge 2 is worse then any other Meito katana, so it's useless. Are toppers edge1-3 just forgotten to add in game, or...
