Re: Females!
Well, Amazons were warriors, and probably imaginary. Konoichi were assassins and spies, and only the pop culture image of them as bad ass warriors is imaginary.
Re: Females!
How about amazon-like faction where women are the powerful leader gender while men shut up and stay in the kitchen? i vote for that!! Amazons cut of one of their boobs. They're also possibly imaginary. But there's a reason they cut off one of their breasts. Breasts get in the way of firing a bow.

Re: Grain Silo Worker Doing Overtime?
How do you even get people to move items on their own? So far I have to move everything by hand except that my builders will go fill their inventories with building materials from the stockpile even if they don't need that many to build something when I ask them to build something.

A group of dust bandits could have ten credits each. Much less than a leader's 2K+ reward.

Re: Saturday, 10 November 2012 16:08 Update, "Plans"
Also something to consider, Morrowind took place on the large northern Island of Vvardenfell off the coast of the Morrowind province. Obilvion supposedly too place in the Imperial Province of Cyrodiil, which is significantly larger than Vvardenfell, so it was scaled down significantly more than it e...

Re: a bad upcoming feature?
The Walking Dead on AMC, Season 1, Episode 6, TS-19 Season Finale. Watch it and look on as your entire argument falls to pieces. Well besides the point that that's a TV show and therefore irrelevant to my argument about video games, I don't really want to that show just because you think it proves ...

Re: a bad upcoming feature?
Seriously? Every single game I can think of that actually has a cohesive story gives reasons and explanations as to how there is a zombie apocalypse. I didn't say they don't say "It's some kind of virus." Or some other half assed explanation before getting back to using them as a metaphor...

Re: a bad upcoming feature?
Yeah, not everything has to be realistic. I mean, look at zombies. They're like, the most popular thing ever and there is basically not a single game that even tries to make them seem scientifically plausible.

Re: Some ideas regarding DF and M&B
I would like kids being implemented. It would add some realism to city life and all. But if they are in the game, it has to be possible to kill them too and interact with them just like any other NPC. The problem with it is that in many countries, there are strict laws about games and movies that c...

Re: Some ideas regarding DF and M&B
:( People don't seem to get how ESRB ratings work. About the only thing that's a guaranteed M rating is exposed female nipples or overt sexual content of some sort. Killing children, it's kind of a toss up depending on who they get to watch the video. By the way, the ESRB rates games by having peopl...

As a Dwarf Fortress fan I kind of have to laugh a bit at this(and then feel guilty). Then again the game Dwarf Fortress is technically a sequel to was cancelled too, but that was because of the graphics.

Well, maybe there're only certain parts that are safe enough to be inhabitable. If that were the case then the different danger levels make perfect sense. Some places are more dangerous than other.
