Lo-Fi Games

I could get as far as seeing my base halfway loaded with no characters for about a second, that was loading already in another run, if i use the menu for Import or Load it just doesn't reach that point. When i try to begin a new game i get the error message that the game crashed and generated a crash dump, if i load an already existing game a bunch of textures are messed up in terms of npc. I know that is a mod problem because if i open the game with no mods it's all ok
