It turned out to be the rat and cat people mod that got pulled from steam some time ago.

What an honor.
The game crashes just after creating new characters.
I can load the game if I quickly save saving. then it will just crash after it does it's initial load. kinda stumped.

Thanks for that I removed military craft and it's patches and added great animations. looks much better. Still crashes to desktop though.

Thanks for the help with the last fix, I has been working smoothly, and I have not added any new mods. Today I was playing and it crashed 4 times, once actually crashed my pc, but items to happen either immediately after I build some stuff of 15 minutes later. I removed it and its dependents and have been playing for a few hours now without incident.

There is however a message when I load into the game saying it can't load the race of something. How do Identify what race it is?

Nah, It got worse, now it crashes when loading/importing

New start seems to be working without a hitch

I'm going to go ahead and uninstall, delete the kenshi folder, then reinstall while I wait on a response
