Thank you both very much for responding. It's good to know my med-kits aren't being wasted on potential loot opportunities.

So I've been wondering if some factions are actually impossible to become friendly/allied with, in example every time I see a group of downed sand ninjas I heal them and the faction bar rate thing goes up a bit but then slowly goes back down again. It would be great to know if my time is being waste...
