right click >>>> Properties >>>> Compatibility >>>> Tick the box that says run as administrator. the scren should go dark with a little prompt window. Press yes on it.

I believe there should be an autosave on exit. Is that just me? It will make crashing less sad

Did you try Importing everything more than once?

I found that if you set all your squad members to follow one guy (for example the slowest so that they don't spread like butter all over the screen) they will walk all over everything. I don't know any way to fix this other than having everyone group up every now and then.
