With a person selected, maybe your engineer dude or somebody, hold right click and select "dismantle".
You should be able to do this for every single building.

If they aren't leaders, just leave them to die.
If they are leaders, talk to the jail "warden" with the dude who has the leader to collect your bounty.
You can easily turn this into the way you get money.

Training dummies are only for attack skill, for strength you have to load them up with loot so they're at Heavy and have em do sprints to your mine, to the farm, and back or something like that.

My actual words when I saw this was the 6th best selling game EVER on steam was... I just wanna point out something :) I don't think the Top Seller tab on Steam goes back to forever; for example, during weekend sales, you'll see the discounted games in the top 5 only to go back to 50th place or so ...
