Lo-Fi Games

For me I was just heading north from Skinner's Roam and I happened upon roughly 100+ bandits/Holy Empire/Empire dead bodies everywhere

I don't if its mentioned before but sometimes when I'm looting a corpse, right clicking the item will instantly make it disappear ( couldn't find it on the corpse or my character) and when I drop items on the floor they either meld into the floor or disappear.
