Never Mind I figured it out. If anyone is interested in the mod let me know and I will share it.

Buildings Unlocked Mod. This mod unlocks most of the buildings you can not yet build. By building a level 2 research table and researching what is available you unlock all the way up to a level 6 research bench which is required for the entire research tree. http://www.filedropper.com/buildingsunlo...
