As far as combat skills.. no idea but with my weapons smithing, I've got two guys up to 96 (currently on day 370ish) and its seems to have hit a wall.. If you have several weapon crafting benches you can set more than one weapon crafting, ie 2 benches then you can queue 2 weapons. currently you can only get bar's from the traders or if you hit Shift + F12 and open the building editor, you can select the ore processor IV or VI..
