Hey just an idea but I would like it if the generators (excluding the wind generators) would run on gas or some form of fuel. That way you would have to rely on the wind for a while till you can either buy fuel or make your own from say oil or whatever that you mined.
Just an idea.

It has happened to me also, all I did was pause the game and resume the game, might take a few tries but that worked for me, I know its not much.
