My face is barren.

What are the max settings? Is their any way to raise them higher than what the in game settings file allows?

As of the recent patch guards and traders at an outpost north of Clownsteady wear no pants only boots. I cannot say if this is true for all guards because after saying "talk to" to a wandering merchant my game crashed.

Is there and easy way to improve relationships with factions? Because I killed a merchant (just to see if I could get the faction angry at me, but now I can't get building materials because the store owners attack me. I've tried the easiest way I know of by healing the dead merchants, but to do this...
