Re: Eating from the wrong food store
I would also like to note that both miners around Squin have no problem automatically hauling their ores to the copper and iron ore boxes in the same building in Squin, as they did before the SE outpost was built. It's with the food algo that they have a problem.

Food and raids
Hi, I've been reading some guides on Steam, and one advised to make a couple of small outposts around Squin and accumulate some resources before building a large base. So I've started with the small one on the screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/ncNM8PNS/Desktop-Screenshot-2020-01-12-09-25-51-88.png I ...

Eating from the wrong food store
Hi, I've tried the Steam forums with this to no effect. https://i.postimg.cc/ncNM8PNS/Desktop-Screenshot-2020-01-12-09-25-51-88.png I have purchased a house inside the city and it have a food barrel with tons or dried meat inside. All my miners in the area were going there for food and it worked fin...

Re: NPC shop interface
Awesome news. I have no problem with the NPC funds being the limit, and am very glad that their inventory size is no longer a problem. Can't wait for a "feature complete" version to jump back in. Thanks for the good news.

NPC shop interface
Hi, I've bought and played the game little 3 years ago. One very annoying thing was the shop interface. You come there to sell stuff and they won't not because they have no money or it's trash, but because there is no room in the shop window. You have to play Tetris with the items there so as to sel...

Re: Selling loot
While this might be difficult to make dynamic, it would be great that if they don't need something, they wouldn't buy it from you. But say the town is having a hard time with food and stuff even they would buy it from you. Ok for this to be dynamic, on one condition. "Oh, you didn't want my ru...

Re: Selling loot
I'm on the other end of the camp on this one I think.. I like the limited space, see it as one of the additional challenges of Kenshi. It has never made sense to me in games that the merchants would want to buy huge stacks of weapons, or that the market would support an indefinite flood of the same...

Re: Selling loot
Let Neofit sell all his prized totally rusted junk katanas in a single stack. It would free up valuable room, and would be easier to shop from anyhow. One person's totally rusted junk is another's totally awesome newbie treasure . A better solution: why even have a Tetris-like vendor inventory? Any...

Re: Selling loot
Also sell your stuff up to what fits, save. reload. They'll have more inventory space again(also new things to sell) hehe, nice band-aid. I am hoping for a rethinking of that whole selling interface though. Do you guys even buy any of the 50 swords or armor they are selling? I am having a hard time...

Re: Selling loot
I tried a couple of merchants, they don't have enough room for a right-click sale, even with rearranging they still barealy have enough for a couple of swords. They should implement what was suggested a long time ago, a spot in the window that works like a black hole, you drop stuff there (or ctl-ri...

Selling loot
Hi,
Just like 2 years ago when I bought the game and tried it out, I cannot find a proper way sell my loot to merchants. Do I still have to play Tetris with his inventory to hopefully make room for 1 sword, or is there a better way?

Re: The website is dead, long live the website!
I preferred the old site design too, much tighter. I've seen many sites switching to this kind of "huge buttons, large text, lots of wasted space" style, a bit windows 8-like imho. Last one to fall to the trend is Paypal, they went from a nice professional-looking site to something kiddie-...

Re: Mutants based on Japanese mythological creatures. (horr
I quote the creater, "It is not set in Japan". Sure, and it's so easy, when looking at wooden platform sandals and katanas, to think "what a nice generic, totally non-Japanese, setting" ;). Regardless of the disclaimer, I am thinking "Japan". Then I see "Japan&quo...

We are playing in the vast expanses of some Japanese desert. You can throw anything in it, from the oil drinking woman to godzilla to sailor moon, it will not look out of place

Hi, Running around, looting and selling loot is something we do very often. I don't know if it is something people do during at every level, but I believe that earning their livelihood by selling loot is something a lot of people do when they start. The way this selling process is working currently ...

Streamlined squad control
When you start getting more than a half a dozen team members, and you start to separate the researcher from the producers from the main looting and fighting posse for instance, selecting the right people becomes a chore. Like a real PITA. Yes, I know that we have shift-click or shift-# or click-drag...

Interface questions
Hi, I've played only a few hours so far and have enjoyed what I saw for the most part. I have started as a Wanderer, now have a posse of 8 people and a small house in Brink, but I'm not sure what to do next. I find myself constantly fighting against the interface and it takes away a lot of the enjoy...
