slavery question

So squadmates can get captured and forced to work. My question is do they still gain XP when working as a slave? Will we be able to sell or abandon people to the slavers and buy back or rescue them when they are competent miners?

Yeah i use it in savoury mince all the time. My mum taught me this recipe for it, it has a bunch of other stuff too, but i can only make it at christmas. Stupid delicious tradition!!
