Bug: 70.6 NPCs vs animals attack bug
If a guard npc doesn't have a weapon and tries to engage in combat with "Dogs", then they wont attack each other and just stand still.

This happened completely by accident, I went to save and as soon as I clicked yes it auto-saved during my game and crashed it.
