I'll mark fixed, as had to import for 76.5 and the vendor is no longer at the location, and I can't find him to check the crash.

Sorry, been out for most of the day. Here's save, with character Lungrot standing right at affected NPC. He seems stuck there no matter how far away I traveled. Checked after updating to 76.3, still happening.

Got my last bug fixed (crash running to Brink). Now that I'm at Brink, there's a Clothing Trader (United Cities) standing outside (from a fight that I saw happening before a save/load).

Clicking on vendor then " 1. Show me what you've got" is insta-crash.

Created brand new game since game was crashing loading all previous version saves. Was simply running fresh character to Brink from Trader's Edge with a load of bandits on my tail. Pretty sure it wasn't during an autosave attempt.
