Re: Backpack/bag of non-hauling- does this exist?
Hi, Sol lignum, Thank you for your suggestion :) I wanted to update on what I found as a solution: Nanogiraffe's mod "Deep Thieves Pockets" (DTP). When both backpacks (primary & DTP) have items in them, as long as DTP isn't set at as the primary backpack opened, it won't be emptied wit...

Backpack/bag of non-hauling- does this exist?
Hi there! I don't know if this is possible, a good idea or if something like this already exists, so didn't put it in Feature Requests. (example) Sometimes, my doctor will have his food/med/robotics + ones in his bag. When I auto-haul, all the food/med/robotics are removed from the bag. Is there a w...

Re: Any reason not to run?
Hi there :) I don’t know if what I do is off-topic, but I use non-running for various production timing. An example is that I have members manually mining (I like having them labor… bahaha!) and others making iron plates, the iron plate members run at their jobs. For the member making steel bars, wh...

Re: Destroying Enemy Buildings/Discovered good way to level
I was going to try an Outpost IV this time around, but do not have the materials yet. The thing I didn't like with other buildings (the non-Outpost III & IV ones) was that the doors would open easily and the characters eventually ended up sparring would end up outside. With Outpost IV, did you e...

Re: Talk to me
Awesome @ the Shrieking Bandits' language! Every time I "thought" I answered correctly, they walked away and attacked me shortly after... haha! They're still cute to me, though!
They kind of remind me of cannibals that don't eat me

Re: Talk to me
To: swillo. Bummers @ being attacked & killed... those HN ratbags! (kidding). But, I think that's awesome in regards to gameplay! :D Those darn sandals... grrrrr! Haha! :D My large bag had some HN stolen goods in it, so I had no clue why he let me go; I was 0 relations with them, too! I once kid...

Re: Destroying Enemy Buildings/Discovered good way to level
That's cool!! I've done similar, but mine was nowhere near as well done... yours is much better and more fun, too! And I used the training weapons mod (training weapons do 0 damage). If not opposed to using that mod, here is what I did. One of my best npc trainers started off as a weak male cannibal...

Re: Talk to me
Hi, Sol Lignum, Haha.... I can relate! That happened to me, too, more than once! Haha! I've not tried to really understand their language, but should! I remember seeing Shrieking Bandits fighting cannibals; the s.bandits were outnumbered pretty badly, so we went to help them. After the victory, the ...

Re: Talk to me
Well said!
My favorite NPCs are the Shrieking Bandits. As long as they're not attacking me, they always make me laugh! If they'd keep shrieking after they joined me, I'd seek out more of them! Haha!

Re: Is it possible to get faction leaders to join your squad
Hi, hungrybandit101, Re: how do you catch those high level guys? I've been trying to capture a named skeleton from Mongrel. For the named Skeletons, I hunt them in the Floodlands, as I find it more mellow; I like it there. Broken Skeletons can be hunted there and are easier to find, as they hunt me,...

Re: Is it possible to get faction leaders to join your squad
Hi, Boudicca, Glad you found that method interesting :) I was somewhat vague, so this is just a bit more info & clarity... When I wrote to "put the subject down in HNPD", I meant on the floor, not put in the prison cell. I usually drop them down on Floor 0, between the HNPD beds. Sorry...

Re: Is it possible to get faction leaders to join your squad
Hi, tHe_silent_H, This is a condensed version of what I had typed in draft; I hope it makes sense. I do have Esata the Stone Golem in my squad, as well as other Beak Things, Gorillo, Megaraptor, Wild Bulls, Wild Bonedogs, etc. I didn't use a mod to do this either, so no worries. The method I've been...

Re: Best place to level
Hi, To: Ratwell. When I start a new game, I often do the same as you described, but only with Holy Mines, not cannibals... I'd not thought of doing that cannibals. So, if it's backwards, then I'm backwards, too! Haha! I actually like starting off with Rock Bottom in this method, as it gives me time ...
